14 weeks
How far along? 14 weeks
Total weight gain: 3 lbs. since check-up according to my scale
Maternity clothes? No
Sleep: Now I can fall asleep but I can't STAY asleep to save my life, toss & turn!
Best moment this week: Getting back to running! I'm starting slow but it feels great.
Miss anything? Chris as usual :)
Movement: Not yet
Food cravings: Anything salty. Ice-cream? No thanks, I'll take a baked potato.
Anything making you queasy or sick: No
Showing: not really in day clothes but there is definitely something starting now...clothes are much more snug than they have been feeling. I feel like I'm entering that awkward phase where I just feel and look like I ate too much!
Gender: Still convinced it's a girl.
Labor signs: No
Symptoms: Nothing really to report.
Belly button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time: it flops back & forth ;) Some days I'm stressed w/ all our transitions.
Looking forward to: Hitting the half way point and finding out the gender.
Baby's fruit size:Back to normal fruit...a lemon! (3.5 inches from head to bottom!)
Journal Entry:
I feel like things are starting to look up. I'm getting accustomed to my new commute from my mom's house and have my weekly routine down to a nice science. Only altering it to do different things with friends to help fill the time while Chris is still in Germany training. I'm very thankful we can communicate like we do, but going into our fourth week is rough, knowing we are almost just half way through. I'll feel better when it's on the downward slope and the countdown can begin. I think we're solidifying some decisions that have been up in the air regarding our future and that puts me at ease to have somewhat of a plan. I'm also really excited about Fall! I can't wait for some cooler weather, clothing layers, crock pot recipes, football back on the TV and warm drinks like hot chocolate! My birthday is also not too far away and this year being pregnant makes that all the more special.
